Invoicing

Customers from EU countries:
Invoicing of end customers is strictly at gross selling prices that include applicable value added tax. Companies with a VAT identification number (VAT ID) are invoiced at net prices. Net prices are calculated from the gross selling price less German value added tax, currently 19 %. Please, therefore, always advise us of your VAT ID on each purchase.

Customers from non-EU countries:
Invoicing is at net prices. German value added tax at 19 % is deducted from the gross selling prices.

Shipping and packaging costs

We always select the most cost-effective method of shipping for you and include the costs of shipping and packaging in the invoice.You will find enclosed a summary of inclusive shipping costs to individual countries. If you cannot find your country in the list, we will calculate the shipping costs on the basis of the weight of the shipment. If your order cannot be dispatched via normal post (bulky goods), we will advise you before shipment about terms and conditions of shipping. Free shipping for deliveries with worth more than 100 EUR are only possible within Germany.

Terms and conditions of payment

Cash before delivery:
We will send you a pro-forma invoice and reserve your ordered items for you for 4 weeks. As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship your package. If purchased in our online-shop, customers will get the banking-informations after ordering by e-mail, after payment the goods will be sent out.

Cash on delivery:
You pay a postman directly for your shipment. In addition to the invoice amount, including shipping and packaging costs, the Post Office charges a cash on delivery fee, which varies from country to country, in some countries the Post Office charges an additional collection fee.

Credit card: (by PayPal)
The easiest and most cost-effective method of payment for you. We accept Visa- or MasterCard and all other payment-methods acceptet by PayPal

Delivery

Delivery time for your order depends on the recipient country. The Autotechnik24-Sales Team can advise you further on this point. Unfortunately, due to high liability reasons, we deliver to USA or Canada only, if the customer accepts that the Point of sale (where the customer has bought the goods) is located here in Germany and the transport to his country is done separately by order of the customer at his own risk. We don´t accept any form of liability for the use, owning and reselling of our goods in these countries, the customer does it only at his own risk and we don´t accept any liability for violation of laws by the customer. If in the USA or Canada resident customers don´t accept these liability-limitations, we cannot deliver them. By ordering goods and paying for it, the customer accepts this clause.
